Neal Shact is the founder and CEO of CommuniTech Services http://www.communitechservices.com (1983), a voice messaging company. He is a consultant to DiamondWare, a 3D spatial audio company, and was also the founder of the International VoIP Council now part of the IMS Forum.

CommuniTech Services is a leading integrator that specializes in Messaging and Unified Communications.  We have a unique expertise in upgrading legacy voice mail systems to the most advanced voice messaging technology available.  Specializing in large scale customers, CommuniTech Services is highly experienced in migrating and deploying voice mail, Unified Messaging and Unified Communications systems that offer carrier grade reliability and a vast array of special features including:  Data Center Integration; integration of email and Presence engines, Speech Recognition, and Automated Attendant.

Mr. Shact has written numerous articles in industry journals such as Internet Telephony, Telephony, Internet Week, Telemarketing, and Voice Processing Magazines. He is also a much sought after speaker on the subject of VoIP and telecommunications.  He recently organized and moderated the Unified Communications panel at NextCOMM08 and led the IEC Plenary Session at Supercomm as well as speaking at VON, Internet Telephony, Telephony’s Service Provider Conference and the ICCM show.

A magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa alumnus of Clark University, Mr. Shact received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University
